The Barakokula restaurant is nestled within the walls of the Palace with its stone-paved courtyard and grand halls giving a special atmosphere. The appetizers are all enticing : the So’Parnik traditional Dalmatian starter, the Mamma Mia homemade burrata or a creamy hummus (Like a star).
The menu for the Main offer unique courses such Sexy tofu, Geisha rolls, Yin Yang sweet potato (all Gluten Free) prepared with fresh Dalmatian ingredients and their own made sauces. As for the closing, nothing beats the Splitska Torta made of dried figs, raisins, almonds, cashew nuts and orange cream. Each dish is unique and full of culinary creativity making it a very special casual dining experience.
