Muma is located in the middle of the palace in a secluded corner which offer tranquillity and intimacy. Since 2017, Katarina has been managing Muma who has specialized in Buzara. Her team of cooks, who has been working together with her since the early beginning, guarantee a consistent quality for each dish.
The appetizers offer various soups (our favourite is the smooth and creamy prawns and shrimp), bruschetta and salads.
The most popular items in their menu are the Red Buzara made of fresh fettuccine pasta, prawns, langoustine and cherry tomatoes (a real delice) and the White Buzarija with mussels, parsley, garlic, fish stock and white wine.
Katarina is also fluent in Polish and German languages.
